Carlos Cortez Jr. graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and currently holds a General Securities Representative (Series 7) Registration with TCM Securities Inc., Investment Advisor Representative (Series 66) License, and a Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) License. In addition, Mr. Cortez holds his Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.
He and his wife live in Oldsmar and have two children, Nathaniel and Rachel. He was a former NCAA Division II scholarship soccer athlete and played professional arena football in North Carolina. He enjoys football and traveling as well as being an active member of his church. He also travels home to North Carolina to visit his parents who currently are full-time pastors.

Carlos has thorough knowledge of changing tax laws, investment strategies, basics and perils of probate courts, wills, asset preservation for Trusts, and more. He believes in the team concept of working with dedicated professionals including, attorneys, accountants and other professionals in order to manage a client’s affairs.
