Joy Nunn

Joy Nunn is the owner and founder of AMT Lifetime Financial, LLC. Joy provides retirement planning strategies for clients who desire the freedom to choose the lifestyles they can comfortably afford to lead during their golden years. Based on clients’ actual financial situations, Joy analyzes current income and assets, projects future income streams and shows clients how to grow and protect their estates for themselves, spouses and loved ones. As a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She began her professional career as an Elementary Education Teacher in Austin, Texas. After teaching for many years, Joy’s mission became to assist retirees and those about to retire how to help protect their principal and ensure that their money lasts a lifetime while decreasing tax burdens in retirement. Joy’s Boutique Firm is dedicated to achieving the financial goals and objectives that are most important to those planning their retirement… NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS in an uncertain world. As a native Texan, Joy was born in Houston. She and her husband, Shawn – Executive Vice-President of Sales for Yea Networks, have been married for 34 years. They were both raised and reside in Arlington. They have three children, Alexandra, a Baylor graduate and Doctor of Chiropractic, Mackenzie, a University of Texas at Austin graduate and Licensed Insurance Professional with AMT Lifetime Financial, LLC, and Tanner, a University of Texas at Austin graduate and Sales Operations Manager with Seilevel Software. Joy and Shawn have been members of Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington for many years. A decade ago, Joy was motivated to work with pre-retirees and retirees due to subjective experiences within her family. At that time, she vowed to learn and share with others how to help guard against financial hardships. Joy believes that all people deserve to live quality lives free of financial concerns. Therefore, she is dedicating the balance of her career to helping one client at a time ensure retirement protection. Joy is currently a licensed Insurance Agent in the state of Texas. She is well-versed in product knowledge and the use of retirement planning software. Joy has completed training for solutions to complicated retirement issues such as lifetime income, asset losses and the effect of death on the financial protection of a remaining spouse. Joy is a member of the Women’s Mentoring Agent Network, The National Association of Professional Women, the Better Business Bureau, The Rotary Club of Arlington and The Arlington Woman’s Club. When not in the office, you can find Joy relaxing on a boat in the middle of the lake, spoiling her grand-puppies, or spending time with her friends and family.
