My background is full-time Christian ministry. In fact, I never expected to wind up in financial services at all. 10 years ago I was on the fast track to be a pastor. My seminary experience was disenchanting, and I quickly determined that I needed to find a different career path to make a difference in the world.
A friend of mine from church recruited me into the financial services industry and I fell in love with it! There is something unique about helping people with their finances and investments. Your perspective on money is perhaps one of the simplest ways to determine what really matters to you. I love helping people with their investments and finances because I can very quickly get to the core of what matters to people, and make a very significant impact on their lives through a more comprehensive investment plan and approach.
For nearly 10 years now I have worked in various aspects of this industry. I have specialized in fee-based planning and fee-based wealth management. Additionally, I am an insurance specialist - anything from life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
I saw a need throughout my time in this industry, however, for a financial services firm that works out of deep convictions. There are thousands of financial advisors out there who can help you manage your investments, but there are very few who will help you develop a philosophy on wealth that helps you get more fulfillment out of life.
My goal and vision for all my clients is to help them get more out of every dollar and to live a life where money allows them to have fulfillment and satisfaction.
