Jessica Waterhouse

With over 15 years in the insurance industry, Jessica understands that compassionate and ethical client service is a priority. As an instructor for AFES, she enjoys educating individuals and their families on the importance of designing a diverse, conservative financial plan based on their individual needs and wants. An advocate of financial literacy at all ages, Jessica feels the AFES courses offer insight into the many moving pieces of retirement income, tax consequences and potential expenses specific to aging. Outside of AFES classes, Jessica focuses on retirement planning with safe money strategies. She helps clients prioritize, grow and protect their assets so they can spend their retirement years enjoying life without the worry of outliving their money. Jessica is certified as a National Social Security Advisor and is the Vice President of August H. Velten & Associates, based in Melbourne, FL.
