Joe Murphy

Joe has been in the financial services industry since getting licensed in May of 1994 where he started out as a captive agent with New York Life. He left New York Life in 1996 when he became the Senior Agent for Comprehensive Financial Resources where he remained until August of 2021 when he joined Lubeck Giesler and Hamm Wealth Management. Joe is proud to be an independent financial advisor for these past 28 plus years representing 100’s of companies for his clients. As an independent financial advisor Joe is committed to putting his clients and their needs above all else. He is licensed in both the securities & insurance fields where he holds a series 6 and 63 licenses as well and a Minnesota Life & Health license. Joe is currently licensed to work with people in the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Colorado, California, Ohio, Miane, Florida, and most recently North Carolina. Joe is extremely proud that he maintains long term relationships with his clients regardless of their residency. Joe lives in Vadnais Heights with his wife Sarah and their two yellow labs Stella and Charlie. He grew up in Shoreview where he graduated from Totino Grace High School and Bethel University.  He believes strongly in giving back to his community. Joe has served as a Vadnais Heights City council member 2002 to 2014, has been a Trustee at Merrick Inc. since 2011.       Merick Inc.is  a local non-profit that helps developmentally disabled adults find meaningful work in our area. He also served as a board member on the Northeast Youth and Family Services board from 2010 to 2020 NYFS is a non-profit that helps at risk children in the Mounds View, White Bear, and Roseville school districts who cannot function in a traditional classroom setting due to their extreme depression and anxiety. Joe is committed to helping his clients have the best possible retirement because as Joe says, “people don’t plan to fail they fail to plan”!
