Joshua Knauss
Josh first entered financial industry in 2001 for a Wall St. firm headquartered in the World Trade center. He was fortunate to be across the Hudson River in NJ for training on 9/11. Ever since a college elective class captured his imagination, Josh has been passionate about investing. However, he grew disillusioned with the self-serving nature of Wall St. and in 2012 he took John Shipman up on his offer to join him at his investment partnership. While there, Josh was able to apply his love for investment analysis to begin building separately managed investment portfolios for clients. Josh and John enjoyed years of success and friendship. In 2020, in the midst of COVID-19, Josh founded OMNIWEALTH INVESTMENTS LLC. Josh is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Professional and a Level 2 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance (cum laude) from Temple University and has managed investments for family and clients for over 20 years. Josh has a tremendous appreciation for the power of incentives, which is why he structured OMNIWEALTH to be a fee-only, fiduciary investment management firm and why he invests his own and his family’s wealth right alongside that of his clients. When Josh isn’t analyzing businesses and managing investments, he can typically be found reading widely, enjoying the company of his family and friends, coaching and mentoring HS boys, adventuring outdoors, exercising, and traveling. Josh serves at his church, The First Regular Baptist Church of Northumberland, and as vice chair of board of directors for Camp Susque, both of which have and continue to be very impactful in his life. He also loves riding winding roads on his Triumph Thruxton.
