Rich Dougall

Rich, who carries the title of President of Encompass Financial Planning and Director of Financial Planning, got his formal introduction to the financial industry in 1997 when he began working with small business employee benefits. As a result of his passion for the success of the company and the employees he worked with, he began expanding his services over the years to include working with the owners and their staff on their individual financial needs. Attention to detail, good listening skills, and a sincere interest in the success of his clients are just some of the hallmarks of Rich's client interactions. Rich loves looking at the big picture of a client’s personal and professional life as he works with them to meet their life goals. Rich is a proud alumnus of Oregon State University. Rich also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ designation, which is the highest designation within the Financial Planning industry. Rich is married and is a father to 6 amazing children. Away from work he enjoys attending sporting events, watching college football, reading, or working in his yard. He enjoys each of those activities, even more, when they are done alongside his family.
