Blair brought his competitive spirit and disciplined approach to Tushaus Wealth Management in 2015, when he joined the firm and obtained his Arizona insurance license. He became Series 65 securities licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and fiduciary in 2019. A former collegiate football player and offensive lineman at Brigham Young University from 2010-2012, he transferred and finished his degree in business and history interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University. He then attended the University of Arizona, earning a master’s degree in international security and finished his collegiate football career starting for the Pac-12 Championship and the 2014 Fiesta Bowl Wildcat team. From there, Blair became a graduate assistant for the University of Nebraska where he served as an assistant defensive line coach for the famous Blackshirts while pursuing a second graduate degree. Blair is an active and engaged member of the community, including involvement with his church and its ministries; he held the position as the first co-chair of Scottsdale’s Notre Dame Preparatory High School Alumni Association. Blair is supported by his wife Desirae and enjoys taking trips to Sedona, playing basketball and coaching high school football.
