I started in financial service profession in 1990 with First Union National Bank. Became fiduciary Investment Adviser (IAR) in 1996, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner in 2011, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 2013, Tax Planner in 2016, Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Cash Balance Consultant (CBC) in 2018. I am proud to have a clean compliance record over 25+ years as a fiduciary advisor. I started Thoughtful Advisors in 2015 as a fiduciary and ethical alternative to mass-marketed “best interest” only national mega – financial corporations. We provide fiduciary financial and income planning for individuals and families. Our managed investments are designed to client goals at the lowest cost and level of risk possible with on-going proactive tax planning. For our business clients, we design 401(k), Cash Balance and voluntary employee benefit Tax-Free Income Savings Plans with smart fintech payroll and benefit providers. Our plans are fiduciary supervised to protect owners and come with an uncommon level of “do the right thing” professionalism – at lower costs than employers and employees are currently paying. I’m past 2 term Treasurer and current member of South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council and the University of Florida Advisor Network. I coach Tampa Bay Little League Baseball, Tampa Youth Football and teach Religious Education at Christ the King Catholic Church. I’ve been a South Tampa resident since 1990 and love to Live, Work and Play in Tampa Bay with my wife and our two sons.
