For over 30 years, Joseph E. Roseman, Jr. “Joe” has helped hardworking Americans grow wealth through innovative financial strategies and to retire without sacrificing their current lifestyle. Joe believes that every client has unique sets of circumstances, experiences, and assets. To be a true fiduciary advisor and mentor to his clients, he educates and assists them in developing income and retirement plans that are specific to their needs. Joe is so invested in the process that he took time in 2023 to author a book on the subject. Out of that conviction came his latest book The StayRetired™ Model: How to Retire, StayRetired™ and Never Be Forced to Go Back to Work. The book explores the ten StayRetired™ steps. The model begins with establishing a spending plan, creating guaranteed paychecks in retirement while creating a legacy for the next generation, and is buttoned up with the proper legal documents. Joe believes having a customized and personalized plan allows his clients to have a roadmap for the specific type of retirement best suited for them and their lifestyle so they can actually retire and StayRetired™. Joe hosts Social Security optimization, long-term care planning, tax planning, estate planning, and other retirement-income-specific educational workshops at local libraries, colleges, and restaurants. Joe also has created online webinars so that the education can be received in the comfort of the home. Joe has completed the course of study to earn the CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant) designation. He has extensive knowledge of Federal Retirement Benefits and holds the ChFEBC (Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant) designation. In addition, Joe has earned and holds an NSSA (National Social Security Advisor) designation for his work in helping clients maximize their Social Security benefits, which exhibits his expert knowledge in Social Security planning. Joe has appeared on the local CBS affiliate, WBTV Channel 3, on their weekend morning news show and the evening news show “On Your Side Tonight with Jamie Boll.” He has written articles for and been published in Time Magazine, US News and World Report, The Street, Investopedia, and Credit.com. Joe and his wife, Debbie, live in Charlotte and have been happily married for over 35 years. They have a 29-year-old son and a daughter with two grandchildren in California. Joe contributes and volunteers at the Charlotte Rescue Mission. He and Debbie attend First Baptist Church Indian Trail.
