Richard Warfield

Richard Warfield is an active owner and founding member of Warfield & Company CPAs a tax compliance and tax consulting firm founded in 2006. He graduated from Kent State in 1983 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Rich specializes in working with small businesses and high-net-worth individuals. In August 2023, he obtained his Series 65 license and is now actively advising clients in the financial advisory field. Rich currently operates a tax consulting and compliance business, serving over 300 clients.
